How to order Heartwoodes products
You can order Heartwoodes any of three different ways:

The best way - use our easy and secure shopping cart!
Just click on the "Add to Basket" button beside each product
you want to buy. PayPal will process your payment. It's fast,
it's secure, and it's free, even if you have never used PayPal
before!

By telephone. Call 386-682-4929 to place your order between 8:30
am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

By fax or mail. Click here to print
an order form.
Shipping Only $9.50
Orders are normally shipped within five business days. We carry most
straps in stock, but like any handmade
product, allow sufficient time (30 days or so) for occasional
backorders. Standard shipping is only $9.50 per
order (for any number of items!) within the continental U.S. We spend
this for Priority Mail, signature confirmation, and secure delivery.
Heavy items, like boxed sets, are charged slightly more to cover higher
shipping costs.
If you are ordering from outside the continental United States,
your shipping costs will be slightly higher. Please call us at 386-682-4929 or
to complete your order.
Payment Options
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal
checks (allows five banking days to clear).
All custom orders (including limited editions, special editions,
commemorative editions, and custom key rings) must be prepaid.
Cancellation of orders will be subject to all expenses incurred,
including shipping, handling, restocking, transaction fees, inlaying,
and other custom labor costs. Most custom orders usually ship in 30 days
or less. Laser etched items usually ship within 30 days. Inlay straps
and custom key rings may take up to 60 days.
Refund and Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange any strap within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Just return the original strap plus a shipping fee ($5.00 check or money
order) and let us know which strap you'd like instead. For refunds,
straps may be returned within 30 calendar days for a full refund
of the purchase price, less a
$5.00 restocking fee. No hassles!
In either case, straps must be returned in new condition.
Please try your strap on to check fit and comfort, but don't wear it
more than that if you think you might return it. Leather naturally gets
that "broken in" look pretty quickly, and we can't restock straps that
don't look brand new. And if your puppy decides your Heartwoodes is a
tasty chew toy, we really can't accept it for refund or
exchange. Sorry!
