Q: How well do Heartwoodes hold up to everyday use?

Great! We use only Central American hardwood, and our triple-polymer process will keep your strap looking great for years to come.

Q: I notice the straps are held together with fine wire. How strong can that be?

Strong enough for you to hang from the rafters by your Heartwoodes. The wire is over 200-pound test synthetic braid, and each strap is tested for strength.

Q: Are Heartwoodes guaranteed?

You bet! If you break your Heartwoodes, we'll replace it within one year of your proof of purchase.

Q: Do Heartwoodes need any special care?

Not at all. Just keep your Heartwoodes clean and dry, and don't let your new puppy use it for a chew toy.

Q: Can I put a strap lock on my Heartwoodes guitar straps?

Sure! Heartwoodes straps attach to your guitar like any other strap. Any strap lock should work just fine.
